Nokia has a similar design to go back to the early days of mobile phones. The Finnish telecom comes with two new models in the far distant not in the current generation of mobile phones seem. Nokia has announced a new affordable duo – the Nokia C2-05 and the Nokia X2-05. Both the models will come pre-loaded with the Nokia browser, will start shipping in Q4 and are expected to priced at Rs 3,350 and Rs 3,100 respectively before taxes and subsidies.
Nokia has launched two devices today, the new C2-05 and the X2-05, for connecting the next billion to the internet. Nokia C2-05 sports a slider form factor and a 2.0-inch QVGA display. It will be available in colors such as Pink, Peacock Blue and Dynamic Grey. It comes with a VGA camera, FM radio with recorder, a media player, microSD storage expandability up to 32GB, Bluetooth and microUSB connectivity, and a manufacturer rated battery life of 4 hours of talktime, and 20 days of standby time.
The X2-05 has the appearance of a candy bar and with its 2.2 inch display slightly larger than the C2-05. The TFT screen has a resolution of 320 by 240 pixels. This unit is also equipped with Facebook, Twitter and the Nokia Store. This handset will ship in the following colors – Black, Silver, White and Bright Red. Nokia Store is also present in this phone, so you will be able to download apps on it. The phone memory is about 16MB, plenty of room for a few apps.
A stylish and sleek phone with a slide out keypad is made for the style conscious. The specs of this phone are :

The X2-05 focuses on the music, which is reflected by the loud speakers. Both devices will most likely this fall in the market. It is also debatable whether the devices will catch on as consumers increasingly higher demands on mobile phones. For older users who just want to call and text and should not be too much for a mobile phone to pay, it would well be interesting devices can be.The reception is GSM Dual Band 900/1800, while battery life is rated up to 25 days on standby or four hours talktime. The phone is expected to cost approximately €46 and should be available by the 4th Quarter of 2011 as well.
