Although not expected for several months, the Pixel 5 and Pixel 5 XL are already making headlines. The next generation of high-end smartphones from Google is revealed in pictures. Truth be told, these are more like 3D renderings that were made based on rumors and information gleaned here and there.
A design similar to Pixel 4a?
The design is not really a surprise since it more or less corresponds to that of the Pixel 4a (which we are still waiting for). On the menu therefore, a punched edge-to-edge screen, a curved frame which should facilitate handling and a generous photo module with a double sensor. A fingerprint reader is also present, just below.
The Pixel 5 would have a 5.78 inch screen and it would be around 144.6 mm x 70.4 mm x 8 mm, while its big brother would rely on a 6.1 inch slab for 153.8 mm x 74 mm x 8.5 mm.
Regarding performance, it would be pretty logical to find the SoC Snapdragon 865, but Google could also choose the Snapdragon 765, also 5G compatible.
