Asus will launch this week its Honeycomb powered tablet hybrid in Taiwan this Friday. However, the initial launch will only happen on the local market in Taiwan, before widespread distribution to the world.
Asus can hope to place upstream market, before the mass of tablets announced in recent months not winning.
This keyboard can not forget
To differentiate, the Eee Pad Transform plays a Purpose through a dock with a full keyboard and a battery pack transforming into a true tablet netbook. The device embeds Android Honeycomb and a dual core processor Nvidia Tegra 2, associated with 16 or 32 GB of internal storage.
The tablet has a battery life of 8 hours, extendable to 8 hours of overtime with his dock / keyboard. It has USB ports and a port for microSD memory card. Its price is not Designed but it should be in the range of 400 to 700 dollars.
