SEGA announces this afternoon, the development of Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode II. The continuation of Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode I, which will be on sale during the next year as a downloadable game for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, Android, IOS and Windows Phone.
After days rumored remastering of the classic Sonic CD, Sega wanted to step out of this information to confirm officially the future arrival of this title, both mobile devices and consoles, through a press release. Sonic CD will debut worldwide in mobile phones and consoles. Originally published for the MEGA CD in 1993 with the introduction of Metal Sonic and Amy Rose, Sonic CD now comes to digital music platforms in the Japanese original soundtrack.

Sega today announced the development of Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown, an improved and expanded version of Virtua Fighter 5, which will come as a downloadable game on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012, through PlayStation Network and Xbox Live respectively.
Sega, a company responsible for developing Binary Domain, and has a release date for the game. The day chosen by the company is coming February 17, 2012 in Europe, while in the United States will release three days earlier, on February 14, 2012.
SEGA Europe Ltd. will continue with the celebrations with a downloadable Sonic Generations demo available starting June 23 for its 20th anniversary.

SEGA has released a teaser trailer for their next Sonic the Hedgehog title coming in 2011 for Xbox 360 and PS3. The trailer shows the blue hedgehog running at full speed through the grounds of Green Hills when, after jumping a looping, his alter ego appears in retro version.

The Japanese magazine Famitsu has released the new draft Platinum Games, the developer of games like Bayonetta and Vanquish and others, which will be named Max Anarchy. Platforms will be available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and will be distributed by SEGA in the year 2011.
