LG Optimus 3D successor to be superslim

The LG Optimus 3D is certainly not the thinnest phone in the smartphone market, but that is change. In an interview, LG-developer Dr. Henry Noh confirmed that LG is working on a thinner version of the Optimus 3D.

LG has announced that the phone should come some time next year, in 2012. The maker of the phone itself has said that it is not the sexiest phone and they wants to change it. LG says about smartphones: “Today, see all the phones look the same. They have a large screen – 4.3 inches is normal and next year they get even bigger. They will also have a fixed number of touch buttons. It will also have the same thickness and camera, along with the same operating system.”

LG will ultimately ensure that the 3D phone have to be thick as a regular smartphone. This LG is trying to gain an advantage over its competitors.
